croomfs runs on the least data we can get away with. This page says exactly what we take, what we never do, and how you leave.

On the waitlist, today

You give us one thing: your X handle. We store it, we count your place in line, and we write when it’s your turn. That’s the whole file. No email, no phone number, no ad trackers on this site.

In the app, later

Log in with X shares your public profile and follower graph. We use the graph for one thing: computing your mutuals’ mutuals, the gate that decides who can see you. Your two photos are stored encrypted and never shared with third parties. Your tweets stay on X; we show your three best on your profile, we don’t copy your archive.

What we never do

• We never post to your timeline. No announcement tweet, no badge, no trace on your feed.

• We never sell your data, and we never hand it to advertisers or brokers.

• We never show you to anyone outside your mutuals’ mutuals. Strangers have no way in.

• Blocks carry over. Anyone you blocked on X does not exist here.

Deleting everything

One tap in the app wipes your photos and your profile. One email does the same from outside it. Gone means gone.
